Having your assemblies in the GAC can be useful, but how do I find out what's in my GAC?
You can view assemblies in the GAC by bringing up the "Run Command" in windows ('Windows Key+R) then type: 'C:\Windows\assembly\gac_msil' to see the assemblies in the GAC.
